he's ok...

Word has it that Jim Pizatelli(sp?)-Sabres trainer, was on hand as soon as it happened and stuck his finger in the artery to stop the bleeding, Jim was a Vietnam medic and had lots of experience-including the Malarchuk incident, may have saved Zedniks life. unreal.

Every doc in the place ran to his aid...both benches.

When a reporter asked Jokinen how it made him feel, his response was "what the **** kind of question is that?"

That's cool to hear the story. I had seen the footage but nothing was explained except when the one announcer said, "I've never seen so much blood." and the other said, "well I have, but I don't want to talk about that."

Ok if you think that is bad look at this one it happend a while ago and hit the artery. And Michael if you thought that was a lot of blood you havent seen nothing yet.......

He too is ok only because of the fast action of the trainers
