Yep all you need to do is contact Microsoft through a 1-800 number and they will give you directions on what to do. My buddy had this happen back before Christmas and was going to just forget about it. I talked him into sending it in and they told him they would repair it and if that didn't hold up then replace it. Well in about a month an entire new system arrived so he got hooked up. They are pretty good about it as long as the date on it is during the right year.

I gave them a call and they are shipping out a box for me to send the xbox back to them in. They said they would fix or replace it at no cost :)g)

Yeah the one thing Microsoft is doing to help keep them a head of the PS3. A guy at work told me he sent his sony back in three times to have the fix something and they sent it back each time and it had a new problem. It took the fourth time sending it back to get it replaced. However sony hasn't had the problem Microsoft had at first.

Thats why I bought the WII. The thing is GREAT. My kids love it.
