I know this is Land use, but I need to get everyone's attention, sorry but this can't wait.

HCR2044 is going for a vote tomorrow in the Senate, it has already been passed in the House. Quick overview is that this will allow for a ballot measure that will give authority in years that a deficit is possible for the state, for them to rob our self funded programs that we created from user fees or things like tobacco tax etc... to help balance the budget. It won't make the tax on tobacco go away, it will just allow them to spend it on their mistakes and no longer on programs to further education.

Also, this will make our OHV bill subject to the same things. We can't let this happen.
