i would rather have my old salary then get paid overtime
the new classification of my job says that I make more then my job says I can make. Quick translation , no pay raises, ever.
OT is my only chance to make extra money each year

I have been on mandatory OT for a couple months and with the new Job position, I no longer get time and a half for OT, now I am salery so I only get time + $6.50.........barley pays the added taxes!

I dont get paid salary, hourly or overtime and I work about 70+ hours a week. I get paid minimum wage if I dont sell anything for the month.

Well people now only think I'm 27 instead of 24 so it helps a little. Even as Keanu-patchy as it is, it still slows the why the long face comments a little so I've kept it since then.
