made an executive decision to cut our consulting department in half and reorganize around a new business model to increase market share and tripple profitability since the software I helped develp does exactly what we wanted it to an now on-site consulting is becoming obsolete... now I need to go figure out who stays and who goes. :sad:

That sucks Alan. I had to do the same thing after Sept 11th. I had to layoff over half my staff and then cut hours on the other half.

Just got a call from the mechanic. After 3 different Master Cylinders my brakes should finally be fixed!!
I'm so excited, no more worrying about playing bumper cars.
