I need sleep. I know this. I just cant seem to turn off. Even when I am all alone in a dark room trying to slow my breathing and lowing my hart rate I cant seem to block out all the stuff running through my mind.
Things that happened. Things that should have.
"Be still and know I am God"

Im working on it...

I can't stand my coworker. I actually think they should have let him go over a year ago when they did a large batch of layoffs. I come to work every day hoping he has called in sick. I try to get to work early so when I pull into the parking lot, his car is not there. Every time I get to work after him, I feel this huge depressing wave of disappointment when I turn the corner and see his car already there.

I took a typing class in high school and am still able to type without looking at the keyboard.... I catch myself during the day 'air typing' either things I say or things people say.

My hands are never up in the air typing on an 'air keyboard,' if that's what you're imagining:lol: My arms can be at my side and it appears as a slight movement of my fingers.

I only read the first part of what people say on the forums. It makes the way I picture them much funnier.

Every time I get on the elevator at my place, I dread that someone else is gonna be on it. It's awkward for me.

When one of us gets off the elevator, do I say, 'have a good day' or ignore their existence?

I have that same problem passing people when walking. It was bad at ASU

I don't like checking my mail or email. Even opening letters.
I'm not really sure why. Fear of bad news reinforced by overdues of olden family days? I have a drawer of unopened.

Eek8| just make sure they aren't actually important things... that could reflect poorly on you. Don't do the "out of sight out of mind" thing! If they are "overdues of olden family days" then give them to the responsible party.

thats what I do too... But they changed my due date on me and my online bill pay applied to the wrong date so I missed the actual due day.

I hate public presentations! I'd rather die. Make eye contact while you speak? Right... how bout I look at the computer screen and read word for word, my power point presentation. Even then I forget to breathe8|:red|

I feel the need to post a 'smiley face' in pretty much every single one of my posts:rockon:

Hope the presentation wasn't too long. That not breathing thing could get in the way. :)g)
