Todd at Desert Fab made me these. I love them. However, the bolts I used were too long and had to be chopped off some. I just drilled the holes, took the plastic cover off from the inside, put the bolts through (5/16" by 4", I suggest going with 3 1/2") put locking nuts on them, put the plastic back on and sealed the outside with silicone. I didn't weld them as I'll have to take them off when I decide to get a snorkel, but you could weld them up to make them waterproof.
