Thou shall not take the Weather's name in rain.
This is the time of year when I want to kick the weather men in the balls so much (or at least throw fast food at them).
90% of the year they just have to come up with new words to say Sunny. The other 10% they just guess 90% of the time wrong.

At around 11am I drove from Tempe to 43rd Avenue and Peoria. It rained on me most of the way over there, but stopped by the time I made the return trip.

35mph wind gusts kicking up a huge dust storm. I walked outside to secure some yard things and got sand blasted. Just started raining after 30 minutes of just wind.
