What: A new Firestone is opening up and wants some cool vehicles parked in front of their store for eye candy.
Simple thing to hang out park up on each others tires with our website displayed. Site will be on their grand opening flyer too.

When: Event is this weekend our choice of Fri-Sat-Sun. I'd guess Sat would be best for most?

What do we get: Club recognition and for participating as a club we'd get 10% over cost on our tires and no Q's asked for certified repair/replacements

Where: The only hitch is that the store is in Tolleson this weekend.

We don't have to do this but if we did it couldn't just be two participants.

You are sooooo killing me smalls... If I put in my two week notice I will be able to do this. If I get a job offer by wed with the bank I will be working.

I assuming 2-3hrs. We could always schedule it around lunch and eat somewhere nearby too.

K so Offroadaz can be the bottom of the Jeep pile. Yellowsub will be there for the mount. We need another locked Jeep for the other side of the pile and at least one XJ.

I'll have the X there too. I'd say 5 vehicle is the minimum w/o looking rediculously skimpish. Any other recruits you can think of? Dozzer or someone else?

Sat. is best for me I'm guessing in the afternoon sometime. Are you sure it is ok for me to mount chris' rig I wouldn't want to break anything :eyeroll:

Hey thanks guys for what sounds like a good turn out. Jason over at the new Firestone called me to offer the AZCX and XOC guys to come out and I got the offer extended to you guys.

I'm trying to work with our couple of trucks of interest to meet up with you guys. We are adjusting our Saturday now to get a meetup instead of showing up on Sunday (we are installing headers on Saturday, but we can do that after the meetup).

I am going to ask that Firestone announce at least your club and that the two off road clubs will be present (and try to get the website links out too).

Our head count will be probably only a couple heavely modified Xterras and one HUGE 07 Frontier (12" Suspension Lift and widened 5").

I'll post an update after I talk to Jason at Firestone this afternoon.

Is it that only during the hours of 11am - 2pm we will be there or do we need to do this in shifts to have something there all day? Just curious....
