Well Insurance guy is here... so far hes not going for the HAM & GPS stuff that is gone :(

Got $1,200 for the "dammages" thats after my $500 deduct too.
So any & all the contients inside the XJ... Im hosed no coverage HAD I requested it to be covered then I would of been golden!!!
But I didnt even know I had full coverage on it. Hine sight... its a #!%*&

So I guess the next step is to talk to my home owners and see what they may cover...

Ideas suggestions?

Definately go after your home insurance policy. It should cover contents.

But we all know it will be a cold COLD day in hel before I ever see any $$ from him :eyeroll:

That does suck... keep us posted on what your Homeowners Insurance says. They should be able to help you out. I am still working on this end to see what I have available to help you replace and pricing as well... I will let you know when I have more info.

Yeah, I would leave work for that... would love to be there for the verdict and maybe some CSI reinactment... :)) keep us posted. B

Any news on getting the rest of your stuff covered? Do you have to pay another $500-1000 deductable with that insurance if it is covered?

Home owners may cover some of the personal stuff... with a $1k deduct :(

Just spoke with the county attorney...
He is being offered a Plea agrement, basicly it drops ALL charges except the worse of them all and that is the class 3 Fel. Theift of Means.
If he takes it then when they sentance him they will ingor all his pryors & he'll serve anywhere form 3 1/2 years (Min) 6 1/2(Average) Max is 16 1/4yrs.
If he refuses then it will goto trial and he will be convicted of all felony & mist. charges PLUS his priors will be included along with the parole violation.

So say he takes the plea... the charge for theift is dropped :(
I can still collect restution, if he gets a job while in jail, any $$ he makes I get 1/3 of it (wow $.35-$.50hr)
Theres no guarantee he'll appear tmro all depends on his answer on the plea, but I SOO want to be there tmro just incase he does show up.

My GF works For USAA and says if all goes well you will be covered for 10% of the structual policy? Or some mumbo jumbo. Good luck and don't let up on them.
