More specifically, having to remember to ask if someone called while I was helping a customer 30 minutes ago.
Then being presented a greasy two inch post it note which was apparently already used for some other note. Then finding out that's the wrong number for whomever it was that called for whatever reason. Then being told through a mouthful of food, "Well that's the number the fella gave me!"
The second item in the picture would be the notepad I made and put by each phone in the office.

I really hate that when the temperature finally gets out of the 100's during the day and the weather becomes nicer, the sun goes down earlier killing that hour after work that you could go do something outdoors and enjoy it. Why don't we do a daylight savings thing to where we could do less daylight in the summers when you hate being outside and in the winter have longer to do something instead like a hike, or a walk, or something.

I think you'll have to take that one up with God. lol

The other night I was at chickfila and I was minding my own buisness at a booth, and all the sudden the kid behind me climbs over the seat and is standing on top the seat in the corner, the same seat I'm sitting in! His dad said NOTHING! I was sooo close to turning around and yelling at them both, but he finally climbed back over. I mean really? running around and screaming is one thing but to actually climb over the bench seat into another persons seat/table area is just crossing the line.

Of course the dad wasn't gonig to say anything... he was happy you had him for a minute so he could eat his food in peace and quiet. that was probably the best part of his day. you should go thank your dad for putting up with you. right now. do it. 8)

When I find out over a week later that OUR cc processing Co has been withholding a customer's payment of $2200 because they "were worried for us" because it was a large amount even though they confirmed that the funds were available. They need me to fax over the signed receipts, the statement on what was sold, and the CC holder's billing info just to process it "for us."

Now, it may be because I'm dumb and don't understand the vast intelligence of people these days, but How is withholding money from YOU looking out for YOU?
