TJ HD steering - DISCONTINUED

New TJ HD steering system I've been workin on;

Tie rod is 1½" x .250 wall DOM. Drag link is 1½" x .120 wall DOM, ¾ x ¾ rod ends for all ends with high mis-alignment bushings at the pitman arm. Double sheer stock pitman arm. All Grade 8 hardware.

Anytime......not sure about interchangability with TJ's but it can't be that much diff?

The only difference is in the pitman arm between XJ and TJ. XJ pitman arms have a bit more drop from the factory. So Sy's steering should work perfectly on an XJ with a decent amount of lift on it.

What about the pitman are? Did you weld on the double shear or is it an off the self thing?

Also available for newer TJ and Rubys with the Mercedes Steering gear and PSC ram;



NOTE: we are modifying the steering box skid plate protect the fittings, stay tuned.

Savings? where else you gonna get a steering like this? :P

The Mercedes (Daimler) box was used in TJ's from 03 - JK........ earlier ones had a Saginaw box.
