I put this little kit together over the weekend. Id consider it the minimum you should bring out when you go wheeling or hiking



Heres whats in it

2 gloves
Razor Blade
Tums
Benadryl
Zyrtec
Aspirin
Ibuprofen
3 Surgi Pads (soaks up heavy bleeding)
3 Non stick pads for wound dressings
3 Steryl pads
Various band-aids
Antibiotic cream
Anti-itch cream
Alcohol swabs
Hand disinfectant wipe
Cotton balls
Gauze
Medical tape
Burn pad
Mole skin (for blisters)

Still to add:
Small sewing kit for stitches
Lighter
Small container for Iodine

Most of the things Ive seen involve people cutting or burning themselves. Thats one of the reasons the kit is heavy towards bleeding

All of it fits in a zip lock freezer bag and can be carried in the pocket of my cargo shorts or backpack
