Posting a Reply and then it disappears

I've had this happen a couple times now. The most recent that I can remember is in my thread about Tech Support. I typed out a 2-3 paragraph reply and submitted it. Went back 10 minutes later and the post was gone. The most recent happening is in my Virgil's Roof Rack thread. I posted a reply with 2 photos before leaving home. I get to work and that post is not there.
It's probably something I'm doing, but could it be a forum issue? Anyone else having this problem?

are you using the post quick reply or the go advanced one

I use both reply methods.
This morning would have been the Advanced reply since I uploaded pictures. I think I may have hit Preview Post this morning and never actually Submitted it. Maybe that's what I did previously also. I'll try to pay more attention if it happens again. Like I said, it's probably something I'm doing wrong.

If it helps, I posted the reply to Alan's Monument Valley thread immediatly after and it seems to have stuck. I also found my 2 attachments under my profile, so they did upload.

Have you tried loading a smaller image?

If you are attaching it instead of linking a pic that is already hosted, then yes there is a file size restriction so it doesn't blow out the margins on the forum.
If you are still having trouble, feel free to email me the picture you are having trouble with and I will resize it for you: [EMAIL="skatchkins@higherground4x4.com"]skatchkins@higherground4x4.com
