$2 weekend
#1
So I am more than a little cash poor from the moab trip (worth it!). I wanted to go camping this weekend but that wasn't in the cards so I hung around town and work ont he pool, rental house, and some other stuff.

Sat I worked outside all day in the yard and cleaning egg off my truck and Jeep. Yes someone tossed eggs at my cars.

Sun I went to the shooting range with my Dad and shot a box of 30-06 .40 and some .22... after the range went to Bass pro shop. Had a good time walking around.

Mon- Up at 4 am to go fish with my parents and sister. Drove up to Woods Canyon Lake. About 45 min into the fishing my dad pulled out a 2 1/2 pound 17 inch Brown trout. Unofficial new lake record and personal best for my dad in the trout dept. All the guys at the doc were talking about it and then the lady at the store was telling people about it. My dad was loving it.

When all said and done I spent $2 on a drink this weekend. Not a bad weekend for being poor.

Cool man. I am glad you got out. We must have just missed you on the way out.

Eggs on both vehicles? Was yours the only neighborhood target?

I didn't see anything on the other cars around the hood. Not a big deal as it washed off.

Now all of THAT sounds like an excellent weekend to me.

I'm jealous, dude. Nice Brown, too.

I had a pretty cheap weekend also. Wheeled saturday for the first time in 3 months. Cost me about 7 bucks for some gatorades. :D Then I caused about 750 bucks worth of damage to my jeep. good times though.

Sunday got a free round of golf in and got my azz kicked.

Monday I sat at home and decided not to go to Sandy Beach. Good thing because Ryan's heep is sitting on the trailer with major damage to it right now and they are out there again this morning to get Joe's.

I broke everything.

Funny thing it was on easy trails that we did it on. We all ran up CD in like 25 minutes. No stopping. Everyone cleared the falls on one shot. Then going down Dirty I blew up a ujoint in the front. Fixed that and then ran Conda and broke a rear 44 Alloy, front ring & Pinion, and probably a cross pin in the carrier (Not too sure on the r&p, probably just the cross pin.) So I backed from about 3/4 up the trail to the first out. I still had reverse. LOL

Friday Steve had taken out a coilover and a trac bar bracket. Sunday he broke a bump stop in the rear and gave up the ghost. Monday at Sandy Joe broke a 30 spline outer, which took out the unit bearing and broke the caliper ear off the Tera high steer knuckle. They had to leave him out there last night. Ryan had blown a bead so him and Matty went to the truck and got a hi-lift to get that back together. Then on the ride out at about midnight Ryan was too tired and going too fast and the front end slid on him into the ditch and the front passenger side just stopped cold. Said the rear popped in the air and pivoted. It fawked up his front spring, buckled the wheel, popped the bead on the rear, took out the shackle hanger on that side also. It's sitting at 106" wheelbase on the driver side and about 100" wheelbase on the pass side right now.

It was a crappy wheelin weekend all the way around. Lance was the only one that didn't have any jeep problems, but Saturday night on the way home his tow rig took a crap on him about 3 miles from his house.

What time did he come over. I was up late and never heard him. The parts are gone so I know he came over.

I crashed out about 12:45 and he wasn't home yet. Told me today that he got home about 1:30 or 2. So probably at your house just before that.
