Yeah, it's another one of those in western AZ that this group has never been to. For a hint, it's more of a hiking trail than 4x4 trail. The picture was actually taken while on foot.

Virgil, did you climb up the other side to take the photo? It doesn't look like it's taken from the trail.

We followed the hiking trail in on the south side and looked across the canyon to the trees on the north side. I think you can hike right up to the trees, but we didn't go that far.

Yeah, that's what we did but your picture came out better. I think my zoom is zoned. George wants to hike up there to the palms next time.

Ah, Tax Collector. (got it from the hint, not the trail... sorry. I've never run out at White Tanks.)
