Depending on the situation I'd use the first or third ones. I voted for the first one though. I'd never use the middle phrase.

So far I'm the lone #3 vote, but like Virgil, I would use #1 as well. I would say #3 more often, however, hence my vote.

It totally depends on the situation. If you're sitting around talking and somebody describes something that doesn't make sense, I'd use #1. If we were out in FJ and I see somebody take a way weird line that could be dangerous or disasterous, I'd use #3. There're very few instances when I can imagine using #2 which I'm embarassed to say here.
