So layoffs are inevitable again this December. I dont think my job is in jeopardy but in all honesty I think we have too many people on my team. I can see a way to get rid of at least 1 person maybe 3

I'm in the same boat. There are at least 4 positions in my department they should cut. It's obvious. One of the problems they have with the BofA takeover of CW is now there are 11 of us in AZ and 3 managers. Really? 3 managers for 11 guys? I've voiced my opinion to a certain point, but some things are better just kept to yourself.
