Some of you, like myself, are already on the Pirate site and may have seen this contest. I am trying to help recruit votes for a local fourwheeler friend. He has gotten far in a contest and needs votes to win. It would be soooo awesome to have a local Arizona 4wheeler to win such an oppurtunity. Here is his plea... As a Pirate Bulletin Board member, I entered a contest to compete for a driver's seat in the next King of the Hammer's race. I'm a finalist, and I need your help.

To get to be a finalist, I posted up a good essay on why I need to be the driver.

However, to WIN, I need to gain popular support.

I've got a good base of supporters who read about my buggy build, but it's small compared to the size of the forum.

I need YOU as my 4 wheeling base of support.

Let me REPRESENT for the rest of us, who'd never have a chance to do something like this.

All you need to have is a Pirate Bulletin Board registration. I previously thought you'd need a paid membership but I was wrong. You just need to have a login, and that's free.

LOL.. Another offroad group but it is a lot broader. Has stuff from trucks to bikes. Rock crawlers to mud slingers. The members are all over the world. It is a great resource of information. pirate4x4.com
