Elections are for individuals to decide who represents them. Corporations are not individuals yet they can contribute thousands of dollars to election campaigns promoting a candidate they like. In a sense they are buying the peoples vote by swaying them with ads and speaking engagements they pay for.

How is this right? Should companies be allowed to contribute to campaigns? If companies can, what about a foreign government? Both entities have their own agenda, so what's the difference?
