Hells Revenge is another HCR favorite trail. It is a true "slickrock" trail that isn't really that difficult but has plenty of option paly spots to try and get messed up on.

While we waited for Antman to figure out his mystery problem not letting his Jeep start, we had a look at TC's squeak;

Coming down this hill Rich discovered a fluid leak and we determined it was from the transfer case...... evidently we missed something when re-assembling it the night before...... Rich and TC turned arouund to bring it back to the parking lot and they would catch up with us.

We kept moving along slowly so TC and Rich could catch up with us as soon as possible. We never lost CB contact with them.... which surprised me.

We worked our way to the over look and Hells Gate, caught up with the other group out there and TC and Rich caught up with us. Double D developed a misfire/popping out the intake issue.....

After Hells Gate be backtracked to the main trail and met with Double D to discover he broke an intake rocker arm stud..... fluke? he patched it together and drove the rest of the day on 7 cylinders..... as we were getting ready to leave John tries a front dig on the slickrock only to generate a loud pop from the front axle somewhere...... thought it was a short side axle so we pulled it apart and it was still good so it must be in the diff somewhere so he was relagated to 2 wheel drive and a certain strap for the rest of the day.

Back on the trail we just followed the tire marks;

It was windy as crap on top so Cristina hiked down where TC had already went to get out of it. The rest of us checked out the Deep tub and headed down to the Escalator;
