While we were camping on the rim this weekend we did a hike to an abandoned Train Tunnel. Here's the trip report and pictures:

Mmmmmmm Washington Park......Love that place. 8) Great Pic. Wait a second... I could be wrong. Nope. My family and I camped below and hiked up to the tunnel. Nice write-up. We didn't know you could access from the top. Very cool.

It's close to The Rim Road. The 1st time we went we accidentally walked past the trailhead and all the way down to Washington Park before we realized our mistake. From The Rim Road the trailhead is only about a half mile. d
