Problem Ive had is I changed over to 33" tire so I could have a spare tire as the metric spare tire & rim were,
A) Non existent to find
B) If you did find one it would cost almost as much as the trailer!
So I opted for the hub change over for the bigger tires & to have a spare!
Problem was that spare would take up quite a bit of useable real-estate as I had no way to mount it other than lay it in the trailer.
So after our 4X4 Ham Field day weekend I noticed another M101 owner and looked at how his set up was. (for a spare)
So I found a stock TJ spare tire mount and did a quick install using 5/8" Uni-strut and some 3/8" all thread.
This simple bolt on approach gives me the option to take it off for future mods and I only had to drill 4 holes in the back.
