I would disagree with that statement... pretty sure if a cop shot someone for the soul purpose of them not liking the color of their skin (just an example) and they couldn't justify it they would be in some big trouble

I typed my serious comments in white and my sarcastic comments were also in white. When in doubt, shoot first and ask questions later. I really should go research this further. It brings up good points for self defense and shoot/no shoot situations. Unfortunately, I still think this comes down to which one was wronger and that ended up being the dead guy. There has to be other evidense not presented which led to them dropping charges.
