I bought this for my dad in 57 for $85 and he never used it so it definately is a pre 64 just wondered if any of you gun folks might know what its worth today and also would like to know what is the difference in changes would be after 64......Thanks ...T.C.

Not sure the diff. But most the pre 64 in ok shape have been going for $400. I got mine for $200 becase the old guy that orig owned it put his ID# on the side...

Thanks Bob,Im thinkin the pre 64 was milled and after that date the manufacturer started to stamp them
