Quick update:
Running update...
I still cant run far but I have been working on what the running coach said to do. It seems that I have a faster pace than what I thought I did. The coach has me running 1/2 the track then brisk walk 1/2. I do this 3x, each time I run I must be at the same pace or faster. I have been able keep the same pace with no problems when running (walking I slow down a bit, but am working on it). A few times I have been able to make the 2nd and 3rd run faster.
I feel a 100% better about my pace and stride now and hope to be working on my distance soon.
In other news: I just joined a group that is doing cross fit on the weekends and will be puking my guts out with them for the first time this sat.
