Really want this gun as it comes with so many different bullet grains and want it for a camp and brush popper and only good for 100 yards but plenty of big knock down power Not planning to scope it at all suppose you could lower the grain for faster velocitys<a href="http://s219.photobucket.com/albums/cc158/ThomCampbell/?action=view&current=41204.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i219.photobucket.com/albums/cc158/ThomCampbell/41204.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

Love it! All you need is an old Jeep with the windshield folded down

Just wonderd how many of you had an opinion on this weopon,i know iam going to get it had a 444 marlin years ago and that would pretty much stop anything. The 45/70 has tons more of different ammo so that is the cal i will get and i like the straight cut saddle stock

I looked at getting one for my Dad last year. Fun gun to shoot and he really liked the lever action on it. Would be a great camp gun

That sure looks like a fun gun to shoot! 45-70 is a nice cartridge, too.
