Ill be sticking with the 6 meal a day diet Ive been doing for the last 6 months or so. High in protein low in fats

Picked up some muscle milk at Costco tonight. Going to try it instead of the Myoplex Ive been drinking

Same thing I have been doing for a while. Cut the fast food cut the soda. Eat real food as much as I can

Looks good Bob. I don't know how good it will taste, but that's not the point.

The wife and I have been juicing fruits and veggies with breakfast. Been about 3 weeks now and I can tell a difference. Blood Pressure has gone down and I don't "have" to have coffe to get started in the morning.
