Michael, Melissa, Megan and I woke up early Saturday morning and headed up to White Box in West Clear Creek. Had a great time. Was cool playing on the rope swing and seeing the spring fed waterfall. It was a bit odd though having Michael sing mushy love songs to me the whole trip.

The morning started out at 4am for us. Than a drive over to Mikes to ride out to Mesa to pick up Melissa. At the gas station we found a $20 bill laying in the parking lot with no one around. Thanking our good fortune we made a pit stop at McDonalds for some breakfast.

We got up to the trail around 9am and spent most of the day hiking. We didnt get back to the X until 7pm. We managed to stay awake until Payson where we stopped at Dennys and had an interesting dinner full of Cops, Rodeo Queens and sick kids. After filling up on food and getting some licorice for the drive home we finally arrived around midnight and got to bed about 1am. Long day but tons of fun!

Awesome! Very very cool day, guys. I love it down there. I'm also sooooo happy the rope swing is still there too! That was too much fun getting it up there!

The way down was slipperier than usual (if that's possible) because of all the previous day rain (which made the Xterra mud fun)


For those unfamiliar with the creek (You manmping people know it), it's a lot of boulder hopping, creek slipping, and swimming
