At 11pm tonight on the 202 south heading west, On the overpass to get on to the I-10 going to Phx I came around the corner and nearly took out at black Jeep liberty that had pulled part way off (not enough room to pull off) Had its doors open into the lane and no flashers.
I passed that bridge again at a little past midnight and it was shut down due to what looked to be a fatal.
For the love of all that is holy. Your life is not worth a rim or tire. Get off the road and get some place safe to change it!
