Where have you experience great or poor customer service? Post up your experiences good and bad.

My most recent one was with Amazon.com I paid for overnight shipping but it didnt arrive for 6 days. Quick email to them and they refunded the shipping charges. Easy and simple

I am sorry to know about the delay in the delivery of your order #102-6084586-4231448. That's definitely not what we want our customer to experience.

Please note that our delivery estimates are based on the item's availability and the delivery speed you choose. If an item's "In Stock" and you choose an express shipping method, you'll receive your items more quickly than if you choose Standard or Super Saver Shipping.

If an item isn't readily available, selecting One-Day or Two-Day Delivery will reduce the transit time to one or two business days after we've shipped your order, but won't impact how long it takes us to obtain the item or prepare it for shipment.

Further to remedy the situation, I've requested a refund of $3.99 for the shipping charges to your Visa card.

You'll see the refund on your credit card statement in the next 2-3 business days.
