Welcome Hybrid!

I know that Lenny guy pretty well. Your diffs should be fine, especially the front since it was torn apart after CO last year to fix a busted hub. Nothiing wrong with opening them up and taking a look or fixing a leak though. Lenny had most of the maint and engine work done at Deer Valley Car Care in case you have any issues or questions. I forget what shop did the cage work and fuel cell. The guys name was Paul I think.

The rig is very capable, but you'll find things to fix and change just like any rig. Go easy on the front 44, the steering stops are set way out to keep from cranking the wheel to far and binding up to snap a shaft, so your turning radius is horrible.

You'll have a blast with that thing and hopefully I'll get a chance to whell with you sometime soon.

Thanks for the info on the diffs, that will save me some time. I'm really looking forward to getting this rig out with you guys, once I do a few of these small things (you're right, I've never had a used anything that didn't need a few things fixed). LOL, you're not joking on the turning radius, I attemped a turn across 3 lanes (near my home), and still had to back up!

The only one that feels semi critical to me it the coilover rebuild, not a huge job, but messy and time consuming. I'll get it done, just have to find the time between family time and work. I'm probably going to put my other trailer up for sale to pick up one that will haul the jeep more easily too.

Thanks for all the info, and I hope to get out with you as well (you can show me how to shift this atlas!)

Happy Monday everone. :))

This may be a little late, as you seem well settled in. In any case... WELCOME!
