Any opinions on this? Im pretty set on getting a laser site on my conceal carry gun. I know the pros and cons for having one, and for me personally, I would feel more comfortable having one on my gun then not.


With that said, any opinions on this one? I wanted something relatively inexpensive

I'm not a big fan of lasers, but they do have their place. My only comment is that if you DO go with a laser, don't get a rail one. Finding a holster (other than a generic nylon) is a bitch, plus they are more prone to get knocked out of whack.

BTW, which CCW gun? Not the FN 45?

Consider a firearm specific laser. In most cases, you don't need a specific holster and it activates when you grab the gun. No fumbling with switches. These types are grip activated. You grab your gun, the laser comes on. No brainer.

Plus, if you register your laser you may qualify for "free batteries for life" through them.

You state "and for me personally, I would feel more comfortable having on on e my gun then not". Well, if you REALLY are looking for piece of mind, don't let $$ stop you from getting what you really need. In your scenario, it may be life or death for a difference of $100.

Hmm Ill look at the laser grip option

Its going on my xd9 sub compact.

I wonder if the LG-446 would fit a sub-compact. If so, check out my PM. Not a bad deal, if it fits.
