No but you might be able to get away with using the HOV lane. Just kidding, dont try it. There was one girl that did and she ended up getting a ticket.

Well, we have 3 new members on 4x4Him.org from Oz land and I sent fish to the group lead and they are on his rig, now the others want them also!!!!
