Also, on a semi-related note: Sale of my company is now entering a more formal stage (all good) after the last two days of meetings in Minneapolis. I will more than likely have a KOV conflict due to a massive planning session the week of Aug 5th with my new bosses, so the Con is looking more and more like the full on first option. I will be remaining in Phoenix for sure.
