Im thinking of building a spec home or a cabin up north. Ive been looking at a few loan places but most of them require the property to be owner occupied. I know those seem to have the best rates, no money down, no payments for 12 months. Im having a little trouble finding a spec home loan that fits the same terms

Anyone know somone who does this or has experience in building spec homes?
