I recently built a couple of strong stands for the RCBS Rock Chucker single stage reloading press. I built extras and am offering it to my fellow reloaders.
This stand has a 10"x10" base and stands just over 9" tall. It is built using 7 gauge Hot Rolled Steel. This sucker is strong and will make better use of your RCBS Rock Chucker Press. The top mounting plate is pre-drilled to mount your RCBS Rock Chucker press and the front plate is angled to allow for the ram arm to function without obstruction. This raises your work area to a more comfortable height, if you have a standard height work bench or reloading table. It will also increase your leverage and keeps you from having to bend over to inspect your work. A real back saver!
Although the top plate is pre-drilled for the RCBS Rock Chucker, I have friend that have redrilled it to mount their Hornady and Lee single stage press, as well as their Dillon Square B progressive.
This strong mount weighs 11.5-lbs. It's tough! It comes in the raw, so you can prep, primer, and paint it to match your setup. Mounting hardware (nuts, bolts, washers) not included.
The one pictured above is the one I am using. I sprayed it with rattle can primer and rattle can Rustoleum Black.
