Im about a week out from my comp. Did my last heavy squat day. Worked up to a 495lb x 1 and then did a drop set of 445 for two sets of two.
Bench is going to be a hard push. Shooting for 400lbs will be happy with 385+. I failed on a 390 last Thurs.
Dead lifts are going to be the death of me. I cant seem to find my happy place. I wanted a 610-625lb lift. I have been having a hard time moving 575. Not sure if its my body or my head.
This is a new to me federation that I will be lifting in. I stand a good chance of setting a squat and bench record for AZ.
I just dont want to poop my pants.

Extra points for pooping, though.
Where is said event, Bobert?

Its someplace way way way far away where people I know don't need to drive and see me in a lifting singlet.

Its at my gym. East Valley Crossfit.
Sat Nov 22nd 10am but I will be in one of the last groups lifting so I should start around 11.
Its a long boring day and I enjoy watching people lift.

Yeah, as I was reading this I kept thinking about what I had been doing just beforehand... rigging up a winch to lift a 500lb transformer 6 inches in the air. I could've just called Bob. :)

About once a day at the LROR shop, someone requests Bob...

Last heavy bench training was last night. Opened with 352lbs, then did 357 and finished with 368.
368 was a hard push. I think I should be able to get 375-380 at the comp but I don't see 400 being doable. New goal is to have 400lbs by the comp at the end of March.

Bob! 400 is totally reachable! You know how it is after pushing heavy for so long, your week without heavy lifting will be recovery time and give you a better bench at the comp.
