Went to Flagstaff on Sat to help out with the powerlifing meet. Was so much fun to watch some new lifters lift more than they had ever before. WWe had two lifters from my gym. Each of them set a PR in the Squat, Bench, and Deadlift. The girl ended up getting best lifter of the meet!
There was an 11 year old boy that was was doing his first meet. 220 lb deadlift! It was so cool to see that.

I cant wait for my meet in Dec!

nice - i caught some of the world strongman comp on tv a week or so ago, was fun to watch
