Been working on my bench and grip of the bar. I have been working for the last 9 months to move my hands out to a wide grip. Last night I was able to do 4 reps at 335 and then another 4 sets of 4 reps at 315. The form looked good and bar went up easy.
2 years ago my 1 rep max in a comp was 335 now its an easy 4 rep. Its a slow road but I am happy to see the change.
