Spent 42 hours working on the new house...

Just finished an 11 hour day at schoolio.

... coolio (and the gang, of course...)

took our dogs for their first ride in the new Jeep. We went to the dog park and they did pretty good, though the lack of a back seat made Floppy slide around a bit.

JUST FOUND OUT WE WON $10,000 ON THE POWER BALL. Split between 17 people = $470 after taxes. :O :O :O :O :O

So today Im given an easy job (exhaust fan install @ Phx Art Inst.) 3hr 4hr job & take the rest of the day off & get paid for 8 :))

Well electrican doesnt show till 8am I started @ 6am & it took him till 2:30 to run 40' of 3/4" EMT so all that time I spent on the roof watching his "work"

So after work I decide to hit the junk yard again (got a stock tire carrier yesterday) to get some more goodies, hit checker 1st to grab some PB blaster & a socket all is good right... I open the passenger side door of the work truck, toss in parts grab me a water from the cooler LOCK & close the door :sad: yup locked my keys in the company truck.
So had to call my helper as he use to be a tow truck driver & got me un-locked.
Ended up NOT going today but plan to go in the morning.
AND I welded my door hinge back into place & installed the tire carrier :)g)

just got to work an hour late, battery was dead in the jeep

Seems I go through a new one every 2 years. Last one was an orbital exide

Trying out a red top this time. I used to run yellow tops but those would die within 12 months

Nope, I think they were lookin to pull the trigger on someone anyway. I gave some job performance feedback to one of the Team Leaders that works in my building. He went to HR about it. Hell I've been way more of a dick a lot of times in my 11 years.

Yep... The only reason I did the 2 week notice was because I was told that my #'s weren't good enough to save my job. I don't want to be let go again.

This really give me a heavy heart, guys. The guy who recruited me, hired me, and was a great mentor when I first came to Mercer was just let go with no notice 20 minutes ago.

I'm praying for each of you as well and that God's will, strength, and peace is with you (including you too, Randy and Mike).

This is really sad. I know you are all strong dudes, but this is really hard news.

Dang, this blows. I hope you both find something ASAP.
