nope! your to give it to me thank you very much!

Yep. Its yours. They take it as part of your house payment estimating taxes, then the bank pays your property taxes and gives you the remainder that you paid. Yeah!

I changed my signature line on the other boards over the last week to no longer reflect Calendar sales... I figured six months into the year that market had run its course.

I just posted my struts on Pirate... we'll see what happens. My NV4500 went up last Friday as well.

(of course, they aren't available until after July 25th... LOL)

How is it that it is when you have a current fully invested interest that other seemingly abnormal possibilities produce themselves to you? Is it really just unseen gained confidence being unknowingly transmitted, or sadly, is it just that an uninterested lack of attention is the highest attractive point to those set on seeking it?

The Seinfeld wedding ring episode comes to mind.

I don't know the why, but I can verify that this exists... girls who wouldn't speak to me were suddenly looking/flirting once I was engaged. I don't know, Mike. If only we knew someone who had a degree is psychology to help us figure it out...

I would lean towards the confidence theory though... and some kinda phermone.

I will buy this. It gets kind of sad in Psych when they break attraction/love down into chemicals.
I have to also vouch though for the lack of attention as I have in my earlier studies played the ignore/interested button for fun with with certain subjects I had no stock in. Chatty as heck when you stay back. No so much when approached with a listening ear.

It's all about the cologne.
They've done studies, you know. 60% of the time it works, every time.

I did find that wearing a raincoat and then disrobing the first time you met them in a casual, public, social environment did not improve my chances so I would rule that out... although it may have been subject specific.

When I was a GC I had to break up a fight between the concrete guys and some idiot plumber who walked straight across their freshly finished sidewalk.... lol I was thinking I'd have to call an ambulance before I got there in time.
