Well, I "just" received my proto-type "true height" PitBull Rockers... only they sent me 15" rim size instead of 17" rim size.

per Michael Green at PitBull:

"We needed to make the 15" first to see if we liked the height and then we would make the 17". I'll still give you a set of the 17s when we make them. But I need to know if the dimensions on the 15" are satisfactory and if so, then we can make the 17s."


So... it looks like I'm a tire tester for PitBull, I get to keep the 35/37's, the new 37's that are 15's and EVENTUALLY get 37 17's. My redneck house looks like Sanford and Son's.

I have my 37/35's for sale on the VJC. $500 is you're interested. Still a great tire, just too small. 17" rim size and runs like a 35" tire. Some chunking and lots of "go fast".

The rancher from Oklahoma is going to use it on his 3,000 acre farm for checking on cattle and the occasional dirt trail they have up there. He has our site so hopefully he posts up pics and stuff.

Oh Bob, they go hunting on his ranch too. He showed me a pic of about 30 HUGE turkeys just hanging out in his field :) He says there is no draw for them and they are easy to get!

Came back from a dove hunt with my brother and cousin that flew in. We met up with 3 other friends in Piccacho and planned on bagging 60. The weather turned sour but we managed to pound down 14 birds and a 4FT rattlesnake. The snake was trying to take my first dove... Big mistake. :)

Strange turn of events....

I just signed a sponsorship contract with PitBull Tire for the balance of 2012 and all of 2013.

I'm now one of their national drivers. Look for a press release soon.

They are still sending me replacement tires (Radials), plus testing tires for this year. 8 brand new tires for 2013, plus additional test tires to use in the desert, do reviews and write ups, and be in advertisements.
