Just realized I can't take the Ham license test until Oct 20th. Scheduling conflicts prevent me from taking it earlier.

i was just soaked at work by a thunder storm passing through. water is about a foot deep in areas. my shoes are now squishy and i am dripping yea rain!!:clap:

one of those mornings where I forgot just about everything

Woke up at 4:45am fell back asleep till 5:30

got ready for work, about to leave at 6 realized I forgot to brush my teeth, brushed teeth and in the jeep pulling out, realized I forgot deodorant, got that, driving to work, about halfway there I realized I forgot my badge, phone and wallet, turned around and went all the way back home. Got to work 40 minutes late

...just lost $5 to the security guard. He said there were all kinds of cops and dogs and guns out back. I doubted, then looked.
Less dramatic but true. The property mngmt people were going to wall up a gate in the concrete wall that leads to a residential backyard bec it is a group home and nerdowells pass through from time to time. The home owner found out, threatened, and then let his pit bulls out into the yard. 911 was called, cops came out, etc. Wall is property of businesses so gate is going bye bye.

He also said helicopters were out there so I only gave him $2

Ok, so I went over "there" to check out the thread about DF. A mod edited your post title? DF cut your bumper and trailer wiring when they really didn't need to? He's never installed revolver shackles before? You'd think when you've got to start cutting the bumper, you'd stop and think, "Is this right?"

yah.... Id think that an offroad shop would know how to install shackles 8|
