just got back from running errands and had a busy day yesterday between church, outdoor expo and concert last night

final for me was 279. not to bad since work has now become my gym. the steam locker turns on in a couple of months so that will help even more.

i have lost 20lbs in a month and a half now and for some reason this thread had come back to mind. look where bob paul and i have progressed to now. for me the motivation was not there at that point but this year i am going hard. 45-60 min cardio and then in the middle about 30 min weights at least 4 times a week.
look what paul and bob accomplished. it has not been easy for me either i think back 15 rs ago when it was nothing to run 5-10 miles a day and squat 450.
last trip out to table mesa i was climbing on rocks more and i was still able to breathe:)) my first goal is to drop 50lbs which should put me around 235 then from there i will decide if i going to cut more weight or try to bulk up a little. only time will tell.
