Jared is getting more blood and will be sent up to ICU in just a little bit. His hemoglobin went from 9.8 Sunday to 5! Incredibly low! They will be doing more test and more extensive procedure tonight and tomorrow. PLEASE keep him in your prayers!! He is so tired, weak and overwhelmed. This is all very scary for him. Prayers for healing and comfort are much needed. He will most likely not have his phone on him like last time, so please feel free to text or call me at any time. 602-625-2945.

still waiting on doc to do another scope

had 3 units of blood today and levels went from 5 to 6.3

He needs to go on that TV show House.

So here is the latest.

They did yet another scope and found 2 active bleeds this time. They were able to stop the bleeding on one by burning it but the other one they had to clip. Good news they stopped the bleeding, bad news is I can never have an MRI because of the metal clip in my stomach.

I just got back from doing another test where they draw some of my blood, radioactivate it and inject it back into me. Then they use this big xray machine to see where to blood is going to see if I have any more bleeds. I am still waiting on the Dr to give me the results from that and to see if I need surgery.

P.S. No I don't glow in the dark

Did they figure out why you keep bleeding in the first place?

What about a black light? Do you glow under a black lignt?

Wow. Like Bob said get well... This is why I give blood every eight weeks. Everyone should donate. More prayers sent your way...

Blood counts are staying the same which means no more bleeding for now. They put me on a regular diet and are going to continue monitoring me for another 24 hours. If all goes well I might get out tomorrow.

Good to hear Jared! Happy your feeling somewhat human again. Prayin for you man!

I am sitting back on my couch at home, let's just pray that it is for more than a day this time.
