had one of the best Teppanyaki dinners and it was not at Benihana's. It was at Ah-So's on 63rd ave & Bell. Compared to Benihana's... Ah-So's is WAY better! They even had Japanese chefs and the show/presentation was FANTASTIC!

They have another location on 75th ave & Bell. That one was not as good.

Full weekend. I went to the axle class on Saturday with Russ that Andrew at Letzroll Offroad offered. Great time, good people, and learned some. Better than that, got to spend some time with Russ. Always a win.

while there I picked up the hydro assist ram to replace the one I broke and spend Sunday installing it. (note to self - just go ahead and drain all the power sterring fluid before you being hooking up new hoses and you'll keep yourself from being drenched in power steering fluid and getting frustrated.) The new ram is installed, so I'm ready to go there.

Finally, confirmed with Joe that my new axles shaft should arrive on Wednesday (I'll be in Houston working all weekend, but I can pick it up next Monday) and hopefully get it installed next Monday as well. Once THAT is done, I'll be a fully functional wheeler again! Also, Joe has a TJ windshield for me, so that may go on Monday as well.

I just bought a ticket to Louisiana for my HS best friend's wedding October 1st.

tried to lay down my soft top but found the top to be BROKEN! Stupid check straps have come loose off the rivets! Also, missing two of the 6 big knobs that hold down the top retainers. Gotta have those!!!

ordered me a new front stubby bumper. Got a smokin deal! $150.00. Man, my wife's not going to be happy. You know what comes next... a winch!
