No. I just found out finally from 4 indians that contrary to emails from Dell Order Processing, Financing, and Shipping, approval was not met. From what I could interpret, after all that they denied me b/c I don't have a landline home phone? Apparently a letter has been sent to me for verification. I've been watching for UPS this whole time (2day shipping) since emails told me everything was cool and on schedule.
