Overall assessment:
Chris is the primary Stratus/GNS operator imbedded within a customer Command Center for the highly visible Global Network Services (GNS) application based on the Desert Ridge campus, this is remote from the main operations group and as such Chris has to be self reliant. He is well used to the environment and provides excellent support for Desert Ridge customers. Chris takes initiative and solves problems before the customer notices. He is always willing to help and train others. Chris is able to recognize and work all problems assigned to the Stratus/GNS workgroup queue and maintains a close working relationship with not only his peers within Operations but also members of the American Express and IBM support teams.....

On a personal note Chris is very much the face of IBM operations due to the unique nature of his work location directly imbedded in the customer command center, he always represented IBM in a positive way and has a good relationship with Directors and customer VP's. He demonstrated good teaming, and personal adaptability by working numerous 60 hour weeks during resource shortages. Chris has good communication skills with peers and clients, especially in this client facing position.

Should mean good bonus this spring and hopefully another raise

Watched the TMZ Vid of ryan from american idol trying to high five a blind guy. As i was looking at the vid I was thinking I had seen the guy someplace... Sure enough he is friends with a friend of mine. The kid can not only sing but is a master at the piano.
