Yea, yea, I know. Worst part is I probably have 10 places to add here now. Best part is I've had some pretty good burgers.

I've run out of room (for text and img) in the OP. I deleted some stuff in the older reviews and some pics of the lesser burgers to make room for what I had added. I'll be adding new places as new posts from here out.

Now that I'm caught up, the new ones are:
Red Onion - bacon cheeseburger -

18 Degrees - 18 Degrees Burger (no mushroom) -

Coal Burger - Bacon Cheeseburger -

Windsor - Bacon Cheeseburger Winsor Style -

Famous Dave's - Dave's Favorite Burger -

Zinburger - Samburger -

Bueno Burger - Gringo Style -

Wolfley's - Cheesy Dream -

Four Peaks - Four Peaks Cheeseburger w/Bacon -

AZ88 - The Cheeseburger w/Bacon -

BJ's - Brewhouse double deluxe burger -

I took a trip to Europe for a wedding and afterwards, we traveled around a little. I told my wife that just because we were outside of the US, didn't mean that I would not be eating burgers regularly. This turned out to be pretty easy since it was easy to find American fast food most of the time.

Burger King Fondue Steakhouse in Innsbruck Austria. I don't know how to say it in German but it wasn't good. They don't appreciate bacon like we do in American, so it had some wierd boiled ham on it. No pic, but it wasn't pretty.

Burger King Breakfast Burger in Salzburg Austria. This was great, scrambled egg, bacon and cheese on a burger. I wisk they had this here. I also wish they didn't charge .40 euro per ketchup packet in Europe. No pic, I ate it too fast.

McDonald's Chicago Supreme at Termini train station in Rome. Apparently Italian McD's are doing limited time burgers from different places across America. The Arizona burger looked like it was next. The Chicago was ok, but they but way to much mayo on burgers. Maybe I could have traded all the mayo I scraped off for a packet of ketchup.

Burger King Ring Burger at the train station in Milan. This was the halfway stop on our way back to Switzerland for our flight home. Might as well give BK one more chance. It tasted like a whopper with onion rings on it.

I love that burger but being a cardiac nurse I can advocate that burger as a staple of a daily diet. Yummmmmm!

While on our road trip to Idaho we stopped in the small town of Hatch, UT

Mike spotted the scantily clad women out front and just had to stop.

I ordered a burger with cheese and jalapenos. Was surprisingly good for a small town diner. Our wait staff was friendly and according to Mike did the southern hospitality touch you while they talk thing

B+ on the food

We stopped at Sweathog's recommended burger joint, Crown Burger, in SLC on the way back.

Did not like at all. How do you make flavorless onion rings? And the hamburger was topped with Pastrami but no sauce or anything. It was like eating a fistful of dry meat.

#72
That sucks, glad I don't have to try that one now. :)

I guess I owe you a good burger

Ate at St Francis last night and had their burger on the menu, a French Onion Burger.

It was good but not awesome.

The Windsor wins out. They both look similar inside but Windsor is much less noisy IMO.
While we're comparing, the servers at Windsor win out too. St F is just a bunch of gay dudes dressed in black whereas the W has some quite beautiful waitresses and the waiters there may only be hipsters (not that there's anything wrong with that).

I've really been slacking here. I'll highlight a few of the more interesting burgers from the last few months...

Rocket Burgers and Subs at 35th Ave and Cactus, right next to Moon Valley High School. Wish this place had been around when I was there. Very cool place, they have a huge selection of bottled sodas. More Root Beers and Cream Sodas than I've seen in my life. Skatch, I'll take you here to pay you back for sending you to that pastrami burger place on your Mango Tango road trip.

4 PBRs. really good burger and bacon. The bun was a bit big, but didn't take away from the burger at all. This place actually put some effort into making this burger.

Breakfast Lunch and Bacon in Paradise valley was good. More of a breakfast place than a burger place.3 PBRs.
They had a bacon donut, so I got that as an appetizer.

The most intimidating burger was at Scottsdale Lodge in... you guessed it, Scottsdale.
It was a double burger between 2 texas toast grilled cheese. burger was ok, not amazing but not bad. the texas toast was way too much bread for the burger, but a cool novelty burger. 2.5 PBR

Good info, I'll have to take you up on the Rocket B.

Jonathan and I ate at The Habit today. I'd definitely go back, it was really good and it wasn't too expensive at all.
The caramelized onions really did this burger good.

Better than Lenny's and still really like them.

--------------------------------------------

Also if you find yourself East of Globe, eat an Apache Burger at Apache Burger. That was good. Much better than any fast food joint.
Good seasoning, bellpepper, and Pepperjack cheese.

Two Hippies Gnarly Burger

Was really good. A little overwhelming for someone like me since you choose all the stuff you want on it.
I did bacon, pepperjack, lettuce, tomato, grilled onions, guac, chipotle and green chilies.

Burger flavor was good. I imagine all the fixings they grill up are good- mine were. I'm sure a better combo could be come up with too than my choices. I need to remember that I like buns much more than bread.

Onion rings looked great. Would like a little more flavor to the batter.

Same ranking as Habit. Better atmosphere. Just two hippie chicks running it.

If you are passing near El Paso, stop here, 30mi east of it at Pop's Better Burger and get the Special Burger and onion rings.

So very good 4.75/5

yep that looks good. I've not been to many places lately. Had a few bad burgers in a row so I've been going to Rocket more often. Haven't had a bad burger there yet.

Yesterday evening, Yelp said 16 reviews = 4.5 stars for Burger House, so we stopped there.
I got the signature burger. It was no more than a high school cafeteria burger.
Apparently they are known for their good Mexican food.... but yeah, they should change their name.

Today I finally hit Original Wineburger since I was voting at near 19th Ave and Bethany Home.
I got a grouppn once for what I thought was this place but it was Harvey's Wine Burger.

I would definitely go there again. I got their signature burger with added bacon. The meat was really good. A lot of places forget that part somehow and just add stuff on to create flavor.

The fries were awesome too. Beer battered and peppered.
